DESIGN DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Julie Anne Baur
Julie Anne specializes in creating fresh traditional and transitional interiors enhanced with beautiful antiques or beloved family heirlooms to add character and classic style.
She loves working with clients who are excited about the design process but want to rely on a designer to handle the hundreds of details needed to lead a project smoothly from start to finish.
Having lived in Hyde Park for over 25 years, Julie Anne and her team serve clients from their current Hyde Park location, just a few blocks from her home, where she and her husband recently finished raising 3 young adult sons (after which her home still looks as good as ever, in spite of the boys’ best efforts to destroy it).
Julie Anne grew up in South Florida and graduated from Vanderbilt University where she met her husband, Jeff. After college, she moved to Cincinnati, earned a Masters Degree from Xavier University, and studied Interior Design at The Art Institute of Ohio before founding Winding Lane interiors in 2014.
Julie Anne’s hobbies include gardening, reading, Pilates, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Senior Designer
Amanda Rasche is a Designer and Project Coordinator for Winding Lane Interiors.
She serves as the initial point of contact for our clients and collaborates with Julie Anne throughout the design process.
Amanda grew up in Northwest Florida and graduated from Birmingham-Southern College. She has an extensive background in project and product management in the corporate world as well as design and project management experience in the furnishings industry.
Amanda has a passion for antiques and discovering design treasures, as well as a near photographic memory for fabrics and wallpaper designs. She lives with her husband and two children in Evendale. Amanda is incredibly creative & energetic, and has exquisite taste!

Design Project Manager
Clara grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and spent her early career as a chemical engineer and management consultant, gaining broad experience in project management and organizational strategy along the way. After years of having a passion for interior design, she made the leap into the design world full-time, recently attending The Inchbald School of Design in London. Clara brings a combination of technical precision, big-picture problem-solving, and hands-on project management to Winding Lane, helping ensure each of our projects runs smoothly from concept to completion.
At Winding Lane Interiors, Clara oversees all of our ordering, client invoicing and billing, and serves as our vendor liaison, resolving any issues that arise along the way. She's in charge of the details that keep Winding Lane running like a well-oiled machine, while also leaning in to assist on client designs along the way!
Clara currently lives in Hyde Park with her husband and their two dachshunds.

At Winding Lane Interiors, we believe everyone deserves a beautiful home. That’s why we volunteer with New Life Furniture Bank’s Design With A Heart program, transforming empty houses into welcoming havens for families in need.
We also support their annual Party In The House gala as a Champion Designer, raising funds by redesigning donated furniture pieces for auction.
A thoughtfully furnished space brings comfort, dignity, and joy—reminding each family they are valued and loved by their neighbors.
